COVID-19: Keeping Our Community Safe

To our Valued Groove Club Members, In light of current developments on the COVID-19 virus within Australia and across the world, we want to provide you with an update on the precautionary measures we are putting into place across our venues to protect our customers, staff, suppliers and the wider community. In addition to our existing stringent hygiene standards, we are taking the following precautionary measures such as but not limited to; Distancing tables with appropriate space between them Holding additional regular staff training and updates Frequently sanitising high traffic surfaces and areas including doors, toilets, payment facilities and communal areas Frequently washing hands rigorously for at least 20 secs with soap or alcohol-based rubs Checking Australian Department of Health updates regularly and continuously following official recommendations Consulting with employees in terms of their health & well-being and maintaining strict policies of attendance We encourage all customers where possible to use contactless payment systems such as payWave, Tap & Go, credit cards & debit cards to minimise the circulation of potentially contaminated cash We are also closely following the World Health Organisation and the Federal and each State Government’s guidelines for safe practices during this pandemic. We will continue to train staff and update our practices in line with the government’s advice, and will update you accordingly of any changes. If you are planning to visit us and are displaying any cold or flu like symptoms, we kindly ask that you do so at a later date out of respect for your fellow diners, our team and the wider community.
